- Please ensure that the email & shipping address is correct prior to checkout. (Especially if using PayPal)
- Somebody's Auntie™ is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS.
- Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates. You do have the option to redirect your package via USPS website. [For domestic orders]
- Some orders may be sent separately to ensure the quickest delivery. All shipping information will be sent for tracking purposes.
- Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
- We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays.
- We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
- Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
- Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
Orders within the United States:
During Covid-19, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed and 2-3 weeks for shipping. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
International Orders:
We Ship Worldwide! (Please check this link to ensure your country hasn't suspended mail coming to your country)
During Covid-19 please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed and 2-3 weeks for shipping. The shipping provider will vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please note that customs or duty fees associated with your purchase are not covered by Somebody's Auntie™.
